Our Shipping Policy

Shipping Preferences and Restrictions

Standard shipping on all orders utilizes ground freight. Users with an online account may also use their preferred freight carrier. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us at shop@centimark.com or call us at 724-514-8553 M-F 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. Please note: Many products in our catalog, including hazardous or oversized items, can only be shipped by ground service.

Product Availability and Delivery Estimates

The majority of catalog products are in stock. You will be contacted if there are any issues with product availability. Users with an online account may view shipping confirmations and view package tracking information. Please note: Due to hazardous nature, some items may not be available for shipment to all states. CentiMark will contact you if items cannot be shipped to your address.

Combined Shipments

Order items will be combined where possible.

Shipping Charges

Shipping/freight charges are not included in the product prices listed in the catalog. If CentiMark is shipping the items, the shipping/freight charges will be added to the order total. If you have an online account established with CentiMark, you may specify use of your own carrier and have them billed directly for freight charges.

Our Returns Policy

CentiMark Corporation, and its QuestMark division, offer returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. If you would like to return a product, please contact us at shop@centimark.com or call us at 724-514-8553 M-F 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.

Requirements for a Refund

  • You must contact CentiMark for a return authorization

  • Items must be in same condition as when shipped

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories

  • Packaging must be unopened and undamaged

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

  • Custom colors may not be returned

  • Freight/shipping charges are not refundable

Return Shipments

After contacting CentiMark for a return authorization, the customer is responsible for return shipment of item(s).
