Do you install floor solutions?
Yes! QuestMark is a nationally recognized commercial flooring leader and has been installing flooring solutions since 1968. We provide completely installed floor systems and support maintenance staff with our DIY flooring products.

Yes! We have a full range of products designed for maintenance staff use. These include:

What type of traffic solutions do you offer?
QuestMark has a line of traffic solutions designed for parking lots, parking decks, sidewalks and other exterior concrete surfaces.

If you have purchased with us before and have an account, you can easily re-order in your My Account screen. Just log in, locate the order and click the re-order button. All items will be added to your cart and you may complete checkout. If you are a new customer, or don't yet have an account, you may reach out to your local salesman by using our Find Location page.

How do I know if your products will meet my needs?
If you have questions about which product would be best for your needs, you can review our SDS & Tech Data sheets. You can use our Locations page to reach out to your local project manager. If you prefer, you can request a demo of our products at your facility.

Can I checkout as a guest?
Yes, you can. You may also choose to create an account during checkout.
What are the benefits to creating an online account?
Users with an online account have access to past order history, can easily create repeat orders or request a return and may ship with their preferred freight carrier. By saving locations in your address book for future use, you can reduce time in the checkout process. Also, if your company has contracted prices with QuestMark, those prices will be reflected in your purchase.
How do I set up an online account?
An account can be created within the My Account section of our website, or you can create an account at the end of the checkout process. Once created, we will apply any company discounts and add applicable tax exemptions.
How do I change my account password?
Password change requests can be made within the Account Information section of the website.
How do I set up my account to be tax exempt?
Once you have established an account with us and have provided valid exemption documentation, we can apply tax exempt status to your account. Documentation may be sent to shopsupport@centimark.com.
What credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Is my credit card charged when I place my order?
No, your credit card is only authorized at the time of purchase. We will process the payment when your order ships.
Is my credit card purchase secure?
Yes, your credit card transaction is completely secure. QuestMark uses the most advanced tokenization technology available to ensure your card data is never comprised at any point in your transaction. Tokenizing your data is a best-in-class approach that QuestMark utilizes to guarantee your peace of mind.
What if I'd like to use a Purchase Order?
Our PO Number payment method allows our customers to use a purchase order in lieu of a credit card during checkout. After your product ships, you will sent an invoice for payment remittance.
Can you connect to my company's procurement system?
Yes! QuestMark's online ordering system can connect to hundreds of procurement systems. Please contact our Ecommerce Manager, Bob Power, via email or 724-250-0585 to start the process.

What shipping services do you provide?
We ship orders via Fedex or LTL, depending on order weight. Additionally, if you have an established relationship with a carrier we can ship your order collect. Carrier information would be captured during checkout.
Can I track my orders?
We don't currently provide online shipment tracking, but can provide the tracking information via email at shopsupport@centimark.com .
