MyQuestMark - On-line Floor Management

An On-line Customer Specific Website

MyQuestMark is a comprehensive on-line customer specific website with current and historical, photographic and budgetary information on each QuestMark floor project in the Customer's portfolio.

Manage All of Your Flooring Assets

MyQuestMark provides Customers with the ability to manage all of their flooring assets. The site contains reports that feature condition and budget reports, photographs, recommendations for future work, current floor projects, service work, warranty information and historical data on your floors.

Cash Management

A simple credit approval process is available. QuestMark's preferred Customers have the ability to negotiate payment terms beyond the traditional 1/3 at job start net 30 upon completion. We provide unsurpassed financial strength to our customers due to the company's financial stability, QuestMark can offer Customers - who are credit approved - flexible payment terms on a job-by-job basis.

Quality Assurance

QuestMark's regional call centers located nationwide are structured to execute a calling campaign in a professional consistent and timely manner. They will provide the facility the local QuestMark contact information and Customer's assurance of QuestMark's flooring abilities. The program documents and dispatches immediate flooring needs to the QuestMark account manager.

Emergency Response

The Emergency Disaster Response Program allows National Account Customers the ability to pre-register all of their facilities. In the event of flooding and weather related problems QuestMark will respond with service crews, as soon as it is safe, to perform repairs as needed. National Account Clients receive priority status. A call to action at the facility will be handled on a priority basis by QuestMark crews.

Customer Service

Dedicated Customer Service Representatives to facilitate the process of receiving, dispatching, tracking and the timely resolution of Customer requests. QuestMark offers Customers a single point of contact to aggregate all of their flooring needs, services and history. Our processes are streamlined and managed in a manner that allows the Customer to oversee their asset proactively and historically.
